Red Roof Inn Texarkana

So I do write this review considering our hotel room was $65 after tax in 2025. Great price. If you’re coming for luxury you’ve severely missed the point of a red roof. Having said that, for what it is, it’s definitely worthy of a 5 star review. This is the second time we’ve stayed here. The front desk guy is one of the happiest receptionists I’ve ever met. He’s incredibly accommodating and embodies the meaning of hospitality. I travel with an elderly relative and her service animal. He was so supportive where some hotels are not. The room was clean and free of bugs. WiFi works and tv is unusually large for a red roof. That was nice. AC WORKED GREAT which has been a problem when staying in cheaper hotels. Cooled the room down lightning fast when it was 90 outside. The bathroom walls need scrubbing or repainting. So does the bathroom door, but that’s kind of a red roof hallmark at this point. I’d be surprised if I stayed in a red roof that had a new bathroom door. The mini fridge was a full size and also worked fantastically. The floors have some gaps between tiles but that didn’t harm our stay any. The rest of the room was in great shape esthetically. Beds are comfortable enough. Not the best, but they do the trick. Highlight again was that it was super clean & bug free. For $65 that’s really all that’s required… But that’s the thing. You’re paying $65 for a clean, basic room with great friendly service. I hope they don’t ever change or let their standards slip! As long as this is what we get every time we will continue staying here as we pass through.

The guy at the front desk was super sweet and super accommodating. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The bathroom was roomy with plenty of hot water. The ac worked great. Nice and quiet no creepy people hanging around the parking areas Restaurants close by easy access from the interstate. Nice large TV.

Very nice place rooms are exactly what are shown. This comment was in no way a negative towards the management it was meant for the dog owners - One thing I have to say is the dog owners need to pick up after their dogs that is your responsibility how shameful. The management was the best I have encountered recently.

The man who works here remembered me from a few days prior I had booked a room at Baymont that was terrible smelled like cat pee so bad couldn’t get a refund the guy here charged me less than $70 total gave me a clean room both times I was very appreciative. Would definitely be my go to motel if in the area

Great hotel following the Red Roof franchise, great location with plenty of restaurants for the late night hunger. It was quiet, clean and straight forward; no BS with check in or check out. If I need a another hotel when here I'll be coming back for sure!

I've traveled from north of Boston across country with my two dogs and have stayed in several Red Roof Inns. Texarkana is by far, superior to all the others. It is very clean, appliances are new and immaculate, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I've had some unpleasant experiences over the last week at different Red Roof locations. Had I realized the Texarkana Red Roof Inn would be so lovely, I'd have stayed in the area for more than one night.

Clean, comfortable room. No frills but it's good for a peaceful sleep. The best part, for me, was the "first pet stays for free" policy. Staff was nice and helpful. Great value!!

Always been iffy about cheap hotels but this one is awesome! Clean beds with fresh bedding, bug free and that’s a huge thing! The only thing I can say about the room is that it definitely could use a good sweep and mop on the floors since they’re not the cleanest but overall you get everything you need basically for a basic hotel stay and we have loved it so far! We will definitely be back
